The Green Team visited the town centre to see what local businesses are doing to reduce single use plastic. Some like Salt Pig, Fortes and the Fish Plaice had changed what they were using but others had not. We gave out certificates we had made to the ones we felt were trying to help the environment. We will be writing to Greggs about separating their rubbish for recycling. We also visited Country Foods where you can fill up your own containers with washing up liquid, detergent and shampoo.
