The children in years 5 and 6 had lots of questions about the conflict in Ukraine and after some interesting and heartfelt discussion they have written some prayers for peace.  We made them into two prayer trees; one of which went to the ecumenical World Day of prayer service and then to our friends at the local Parish church for their Sunday services and the other to Father Tim to share with the Parish at St Edward’s.  They include some truly insightful messages that show their compassion, humility and sense of justice for the people of our world.
